Since our inception in 1975, our core competency has been injection molding. Over the years we’ve also developed a specialty for micro-precision molding skills.
Your project begins as you meet with our expert mold engineers and toolmakers to design the precise mold you need to produce your injection molded products and within demanding micro-tolerances. We have capacity to build over 1 million parts per day but we can also produce successful runs of high value, short runs like high-end specialty medical devices. Our processes are ISO 9001 certified.

While we generally begin with a new design, we also take over existing projects and proprietary processes from other manufacturers. An example is a consumer product for which we took over a proprietary process to produce a foam-molded item assembled from 5 fabricated components, which we then decorate. We’re pleased that the switchover went seamlessly and more importantly, our client is pleased. But we have to admit that with the amount of careful planning and focused follow-through we give each project, we’re not all that surprised. So, we welcome opportunities to serve clients who find themselves in a pinch.
We have our (FDA) Device Manufacturing License from the California Department of Health Services, Food and Drug Branch. We also have current ISO 9001 certification.
