Microdyne Plastics currently has two locations. Our main facility is located in a modern, freestanding industrial building with 33,000 square feet of floor space. Our warehouse is now located in a 17,000 square foot building. Currently we have over 100 employees and operate three shifts, up to 7 days per week. We maintain complete facilities for engineering, tool construction and production of precision parts for your plastic molding and blow molding requirements. Additionally, Microdyne offers pad printing, silk screening, bonding, ultrasonic welding, sub-assembly, labeling and packaging to support our client's complete fabrication processing and assembly needs. Our most recent additions: Class 100,000 Clean Room. ISO 9001:2000, as well as State of California Device Manufacturing License No. 63136, Department of Health Services, Food and Drug Branch.

Injection Molding
Complete line of injection molding machines, ranging from 1oz to 30oz; 16 ton to 300 ton. Accessories for sprue and part extraction. Various loaders, hopper dryers. Pad printing machine. 30 ton same Newberry for insert loading.

Blow Molding
Blow Molders with single and dual heads, microprocessor, ranging from 100MM to 180 MM.

Silk Screening
Full photographic dark room, silk-screening frames and accessories.
